(3.8cm tall) This little being is a stone and rock spirit, but he is one who loves lavender! (I discovered this while photographing him.) He is very serene and steady, but he also feels like he has hidden depths ... like he carries the wisdom and experience of millennia with him.
He has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
