(3.3cm tall x 7.2cm long) This gentle little dark grey and white cat kami spirit sculpture feels very quiet and calm. He just wants a place to sleep, someone to love, and someone to love him too. (I think he also wouldn't mind some treats!)
This cat kami is made from stoneware clay and has been fired once, glazed, and then raku fired for the amazing gifts of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, gentleness, and spirit to the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
