(3.5cm tall) Here is a sweet and gentle little kodama kami nature spirit. He's a little confused by our crazy human world, but he hopes to help us reconnect to nature and live more peaceful, nourishing lives. He would be wonderful as a friend or guardian spirit and could also live on a nature table or Shinto shrine.
He has been fired once, glazed in soft greens, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
