(4.7cm tall) Here is a sweet and gentle little kodama kami nature spirit, but it's also a candlestick! This very gentle soul just wants to live happily with the trees and plants and to show us how we can do that too. To bring some light into our world.
It can hold what we would call a "Christmas tree candle": a thin taper candle of approx 1.2cm in diameter. (The candles I have are actually 1.3cm.)

This little kodama candlestick has been fired once, glazed in soft greens, and then raku fired with natural wood shavings for the amazing effects of smoke and flame.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only natural materials.
