Here is a sweet forest spirit kami sculpture, a guardian of the woods as the sun sets and evening drifts down through the trees. He helps to make that everyone is ready for nightfall, either tucked up in bed or ready to explore! He would be lovely for a shrine, altar, or shamanism. He is 4cm tall.
He's made from stoneware clay, fired once, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the gifts of fire and smoke.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only non-toxic material.
