Here is beautiful, smiley, gentle Jizo pendant necklace to keep you company throughout your day. This little one is painted with a golden sun, green grass, and a delicate purple flower, then glazed and fired.
He is 2.9cm tall, and he's strung a hemp cord with an adjustable, sliding knot closure. The hemp cord itself is European, 100% natural, and ethical.
*Please note that the knots in the hemp cord are sealed with natural, ecological latex glue. If you have a latex allergy, please contact me before you place your order, and I will make another cord sealed with synthetic glue for you.
Jizo is a Japanese Shinto spirit, a kami who found his way to Japan through Buddhism. He is a guardian of women, children, and travellers; he comforts us through grief and bereavement.
