(6.9cm tall) This being is a bird (owl?) shaman sculpture, a magical creature who exists both in our world and in several others. It feels full of kindness, joy, and laughter, but also like it's very powerful and with so much presence. I think it can help us to find the way when we're lost. It really has a strong character!
It's made from stoneware clay, fired once, glazed with non-toxic glaze, and raku fired for the gifts of flame and smoke.
Through my work, I hope to bring a little nature, peace, and gentleness into the world. I make all of my pieces entirely by hand with only non-toxic material.
